HELLO!
I'm Casey Farlow.
Casey Farlow, MPH, RDN, graduated from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine with a Master’s Degree in Public Health and completed training to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
Specializing in perimenopausal nutrition, Casey is dedicated to helping women navigate the complex changes that occur during this transitional phase. Perimenopause significantly impacts hormones and metabolism, often leading to symptoms like stubborn weight gain, fatigue, and brain fog.
Casey’s holistic approach addresses these challenges in perimenopause by focusing on gut health, optimizing blood sugar control, reducing inflammation, targeted supplementation, hormone therapy and nervous system regulation.
Her goal is to help women feel their best both physically and mentally during perimenopause, empowering them to thrive during this important stage of life.
